How to Take an Assessment
1
Choose Your Track
From the Overview page or the top navigation, select Enterprise, Leader, or Board. Each launches its dedicated flow with a tailored profile screen and question set.
2
Complete Your Profile
The first screen collects your organization, role, sector, and AI maturity stage. This context is stored with your scores and used to personalize the AI-generated analysis. Complete profiles produce more useful output.
3
Rate Each Statement
For each of the six dimensions you will see five statements. Rate your honest agreement on a 1–5 scale: 1 = Strongly Disagree, 3 = Neutral, 5 = Strongly Agree. There are no right answers. The progress bar at the top tracks your position across all steps.
4
Review Your Results
On completion you receive an overall score and maturity band, per-dimension scores with bar visualizations, a radar chart, and an AI-generated analysis with prioritized recommendations. Export a full PDF report directly from the results screen.
5
Export or Retake
Download your PDF report for sharing or personal reference. To retake or switch tracks, use the navigation or the button on the results screen. Each submission is saved independently and visible in the Admin dashboard.
Understanding Your Score

All scores are reported on a 1.0–5.0 scale. Your overall score is the arithmetic mean of your six dimension scores, each of which is the mean of its five question responses. Every dimension and question carries equal weight.

Enterprise / Leader / Board Tabs
Each track has a results table showing all submissions with name, organization, role, sector, score, maturity band, and date. Click any row to open a full dimension drilldown. Use Export PDF at the top right to print a formatted report for any track.
Analytics Tab
A cross-track view of your full dataset. Filter by track, sector, year, and score band. Statistics sub-tab: maturity distribution, score timeline, sector benchmarks, track comparison. Dimensions sub-tab: radar charts and per-dimension intelligence. AI Insights sub-tab: Claude-generated research analysis of your cohort on demand.
Exporting Data
From the AI Insights sub-tab, use Export JSON or Export CSV to download the filtered dataset. PDF exports are available on every track tab and the Analytics tab. All exports reflect the current filter state.
Demo data: The dashboard is pre-seeded with 30 anonymized records (10 per track) for demonstration. These are replaced by real submissions as participants complete assessments. Demo records are only seeded if no prior data exists in storage.
Frequently Asked Questions
Your results are stored in the application's persistent storage and are visible to administrators via the password-protected Admin Dashboard. If you are completing this assessment as part of a SHADOKA program cohort, your facilitator will have access. Individual results are not shared publicly.
Yes. Each submission is saved as a separate timestamped record. Retaking is useful for tracking progress — a benchmark at program entry and a reassessment at completion will show your growth across dimensions.
Most participants complete in 10–15 minutes. We recommend setting aside uninterrupted time to reflect honestly on each statement. Thoughtful responses produce significantly more useful AI analysis.
Your dimension scores and profile data are sent to the Claude API (Anthropic), which generates a personalized analysis including strengths, priority development areas, and concrete next steps. The same capability is available in the Admin Analytics tab for cohort-level insights. All AI output should be treated as a developmental guide, not professional advice.
Current reality. The assessment is calibrated to surface genuine gaps. Aspirational answers compress that signal and produce less useful analysis. Accurate self-assessment, even when uncomfortable, is the foundation of effective development planning.
Assessment progress is held in memory only and is not persisted between sessions. If you close or refresh the browser before submitting, your responses will be lost and you will need to restart. Results are only saved once you reach the final submission screen.
The AI Readiness Assessment is the diagnostic entry point for SHADOKA programs. Your dimension scores surface your highest-leverage development priorities across enterprise, leadership, and governance readiness.
Yes. Each track is independent. After reviewing your results, use the navigation to start another. Many participants complete all three tracks to build a composite picture — organizational readiness, personal leadership capability, and board governance posture — ahead of a facilitated cohort session.
