The RAI-X Scorecards

Everyone measures AI adoption. Few measure readiness.

Adoption tells you what you bought. Readiness tells you whether it will work. These five scorecards measure what sits underneath your AI strategy. Each takes 10 to 15 minutes to complete.

Each scorecard contributes to a research study. You receive your own results.

The scorecards

Start with the question you need answered.

Pick a scorecard based on who you are assessing and the answers you need. Each scorecard stands alone and asks about what you actually do in practice, not what you intend to do in theory.

The Human Edge Scorecard

Are you practicing the skills needed to thrive in an AI-driven world?

As AI takes on more of the analysis and drafting in everyday work, human skills such as judgment and imagination matter more. This scorecard shows how consistently you practice six of them, where you are strong, and what to work on next.

The AI Sovereignty Scorecard

Can your organization still make its own choices?

AI sovereignty is your organization’s ability to make, carry out, and revise its own decisions as AI becomes part of the business. Without it, the choices about how you use AI end up being made by your vendors.

How it works

We ask what you do. Not what you intend.

Every scorecard follows the same three steps.

Step 1
Answer about practice
Each question asks about what currently happens in your own work or in your organization. A policy that has been written down but is not followed earns no credit.
Step 2
See your profile
When you finish, your results are shown dimension by dimension, so you can see where you are strong, where the gaps are, and what to work on first.
Step 3
Shape the benchmark
Your answers also become part of a research study on how people and organizations are preparing for AI.

AI does not fail on its own. It fails inside organizations that were not ready for it.
